Manufacturers report on available production facilities, technological and industrial equipment and load it with orders.

Investors minimize the risks of investing by selecting complex projects that have both a customer, a developer, and a manufacturer.

The core of the Technochain is SVD SolidWord : a system for fulfilling agreements that creates an environment of human interaction in which, by virtue of the properties of the environment itself, the fulfillment of all conditions of concluded contracts is guaranteed, and participants who violate the regulations of the environment are excluded from the system.

2. Determine your role (status) in the project:

The sequence of roles in the system before the issue of shares of the management company:
Participant -> Board Member -> Joint owner

2.1. Project participant

A project participant is a citizen (individual) registered in the system. The project participant has the right to conclude contracts in the system, to receive assistance from laypeople, as well as to assist wards in resolving conflicts and disputes under contracts concluded in the system, in which he performs the role of a contract counterparty or a laypole of one of the contract counterparties.

2.2. Member of the Project Council

A member of the Project Council is a project participant who has the right to participate in general meetings of the joint owners of the project with the right to vote.
A member of the Council may become:
- before the issue of shares: a project participant who applied for the purchase of an option on shares of the management company
- after the issue of shares: the joint owner of the project

2.3. The joint owner of the project

A member of the Project Board who exercised the option to purchase shares of the management company (paid for the shares).
The mechanism for becoming the Joint Owner of the project after the issue of shares will be determined by the Project Council, formed after the issue of shares from among the participants who exercised their rights under the share option (who bought shares).
At the moment, only a Russian citizen can become the joint owner of the project, regardless of his place of residence. Citizens of other countries will be able to join the project after the opening of the project office in their country. If you have citizenship of several countries, a participant can choose the citizenship of only one country when registering in the system, while in the process of work the citizenship can be changed, while re-registering the same person in the system but with a different nationality is prohibited and leads to the blocking of all accounts of such a participant.

3. Register as a project participant

Participation in the project is possible only in threes. Each participant in the system must have at least 2 registered members of the system. To register, you must have a mobile phone with a Telegram account linked to it. The participant will be able to conclude contracts in the system only if he has 2 confirmed applicants and a balance of at least 100,200 bonuses on each personal account.

3.1. Registration procedure in the System:
3.1.1. Find 2 people who are ready to become your teachers.

Upon registration to a personal account, each participant will receive 330,000 bonuses for testing the system
If the people you invite specify your e-mail as the invitation code during registration, the system will add an additional 1,000 bonuses to your and their personal accounts.
3.1.3. Log in to the system for everyone (!) and fill in the "First name" and "Last name" fields in the "Profile" section and the "Phone number" linked to the Telegram account.
3.1.4. Add 2 mirators in the "Profile-Add mirators" section by specifying the e-mail of invited colleagues.
3.1.5. Each colleague you invite can also add 2 mirators, specify your mail and the mail of the second colleague or any other participant registered in the system.
3.1.6. Both of your colleagues must confirm your request to become your clients in their profile -> My Clients section.


4. Apply for inclusion in the Project Board

Only a registered participant can apply for an option in the system (see clause 3). Please note that an option application does NOT have any obligations to purchase it. You will be able to make a decision on the purchase of an option after the announcement of the conclusion of option contracts, which will take place after the formation of the project Council of 300+ people who are ready to buy options. The purchase and sale of options will be carried out on one of the Russian investment platforms.

4.1. The procedure for the participant to submit an application for the purchase of an option:
4.1.1. Create an agreement in the system in the "Contracts" section, specifying:
Contract name: Option purchase request from "Last Name First Name Patronymic"
Contract date: the current date in the format dd.mm.yy
Counterparty: aero@made-in-brics.com
4.1.2. Wait for the Telegram notification of receipt of your option request and confirm the request with a reply message.
4.1.3. Wait for the contract to be signed by the Counterparty (project team). From the moment of signing, your application has been accepted and the status of the agreement will be "In progress"

5. Become the Joint owner of the project

The joint owner of the project may be a participant - a member of the Project Council (see paragraph 4), who has acquired and exercised the option to purchase shares (paid for shares). The mechanism for becoming the Joint Owner of the project after the issue of shares will be determined by the Project Council, formed after the issue of shares from among the participants who exercised their rights under the share option (who bought shares).
